Model and meaning

Structure introduction
This type of transformer uses external epoxy resin as the left insulating material, and has the characteristics of arc resistance, ultraviolet resistance, and aging resistance. The iron core adopts high-quality, high-magnetic material and is annealed. The primary and secondary windings and the iron core are poured into epoxy resin, which has excellent insulation properties. The primary outlet is on the top of the casting body. The outgoing marks are P1 and P2, the measurement stage winding outgoing marks are 1S1, 1S2 and 1S3, the monitoring stage winding outgoing marks are 2S1, 2S2 and 2S3, and the protection stage winding outgoing marks are 3S1, 3S2 and 3S3 (the secondary outlet signs do not have 1S3, 2S3 and 3S3 in a single-change ratio). The transformer is polarity reduction, and there is a junction box in the secondary outlet part, and the lead wire is drawn out from the bottom of the casting body. There are 4 mounting holes on the base for installation.

Ordering instructions
1. Current ratio
2. Accurate series
3. Rated secondary load
Things to note
1. After wiring, check whether all wiring is correct, especially the current secondary outlet XS1 and XS2 or XS3 cannot form an open circuit.
2. The base ground terminal must be grounded on the site, and the transformer secondary outlet wire is reliably connected to ground according to regulations. Please note that the double-variable current secondary terminals S2 and S3 cannot be grounded at the same time.
3. The primary line installation must be P1 as the incoming side and P2 as the outgoing side.
4. Pay attention to protecting the terminal boards and umbrella groups during transportation and hoisting. It is strictly forbidden to directly lift or transport the transformer terminal boards and umbrella groups.
